Plenty of Crystal Palace fans have been reacting to the news that former Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is back on the Eagles’ radar.
According to The Mirror, Palace remain big admirers of Lampard, who has been out of work since January, with his role in giving youth a chance an attribute which impresses the Eagles.
Chairman Steve Parish and the rest of the Palace hierarchy are still on the search for Roy Hodgson’s successor after a deal for former Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo collapsed on Tuesday night.
Palace were the ones to pull the plug on a move for the 47-year-old, after he made a string of fresh Selhurst Park demands.
Lampard is a man now back in the frame to land the job, with Swansea City’s Steve Cooper and Burnley’s Sean Dyche two other bosses name-checked as candidates.
